We welcome members of all ages to participate in weekly sessions of calisthenics, aerobics, and weight-lifting.
Exercising in a group setting instills self-discipline and creates personal connections with like-minded individuals sharing a similar goal. Our objective with each session is to have a fun, intensive workout completed amongst a group.
